Il Calendario storico di Umbertide 2013 è stato interamente dedicato all'antica cucina di Fratta vista da tutte le angolazioni possibili e sulla base di una ricerca storica e documentale molto accurata di Adriano Bottaccioli. Ricette, antichi documenti, personaggi, aneddoti, tradizioni e usanze, il tutto condito con le brillanti immagini a colori realizzate dallo stesso Adriano. 

Molte di queste ricette, ed altre ancora, possono essere scoperte nella taverne che animano il centro storico di Umbertide durante la grande rievocazione storica in costume della FRATTA DELL'OTTOCENTO che si svolge in città nel mese di settembre.

The 2013 edition of Umbertide historical calendar has been entirely dedicated  to the old culinary traditions of Fratta. It has been the result of a detailed research and survey  carried out by Adriano Bottaccioli who has also illustrated the calendar with witty drawings. These traditional dishes are carefully cooked and served in the several inns animating the town centre during the XIX century September Festival.
